This garage was purchased to use as a portable photography studio. It was taken out of the box once but never set up. It's extremely durable and is great for protection against the sun and weather. It's framed from 2" tubular steel and has auger type tie-downs. It cost me about $400 new. It is heavy (about 150 lbs.) and therefore not something I'm going to ship. Local pick up or we can talk about a price to meet part way if you're within 50 miles of West Palm Beach, FL.
