Frequently Asked Questions

Well, frankly we don't think it should exist. On other sites they charge you a percentage or fee when you sell something. It doesn't seem right to use. At 360Bikers there is NO EXIT FEE! There never will be. On other sites there may be a 2% exit fee. That means on a $10,000 sale you owe them $200. OUCH! Even those sites that claim to be free come back to stab you with that exit fee.

There is no exit fee here.
This is a charge for setting up your auction in the system. Some auction sites call this an insertion fee. 360Bikers focuses on low rates for selling larger items such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, pwersonal watercraft, ATVs, trucks, trailers, suv's and cars. While we have rates for smaller items, our greatest savings are in the vehicle and parts range.

360Bikers does NOT charge for completing your auction like most other sites.
We hope your item sells, but if it doesn't you can relist at 50% off the original cost of your listing. Other auction sites charge you the full amount, but we want you to take a second chance and help you with the cost by reducing the setup fees and features by 50%. We know sometimes you just miss that buyer that was interested in the first place. We don't think you should pay full price to try again.
You can have up to 25 photos of your item. The first photo is free in every listing. Additional photos are just 5¢ each. Photos can be up to 200KB each.
360Bikers uses an anti-sniping feature that prevents automated programs from stealing winning bids in the last second. This also means your auction gets a lot more action. If someone bids on your item in the last minute of your auction, the auction is extended by one minute. Like a live auction, this means as long as users want to bid they can continue to raise the price of your item. When bidding is stopped for a full minute, the auction ends.
The reserve value is the lowest acceptable bid at which you will sell the item. You can start your bidding for a motorcycle at $1,000 and have your reserve set at $5,000. You are not obligated to sell to a bidder unless your reserve is met.
Item Swapping is a feature you don't see on many auction sites. If you have an auction for a Road Glide and you find someone with a comparibly priced Road King you can offer to trade them evenly. This is great for a lot of reasons, but most of all it makes two people happy about getting the bike they wanted. Yes, it can be used for all items. Remember, unlike other sites there is no charge (exit fee) based on the money you make.
